    QVC will happily refund or replace any damaged or faulty item within a period of six months from delivery. Simply call Customer Services to return an item on 0800 51 41 31 for a pre-paid label for items sent via Royal Mail. For any items that are too large to send, you'll need to arrange for collection by courier.

    Every product purchased is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee for extra peace of mind. So, if you decide you'd prefer a different colour, size or a refund, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt using the enclosed returns label. The postage and packaging, however, will not be refunded. You'll need to include your QVC membership details and order number too.

    Buy more and save on P&P

    When you purchase more than one identical item (same size, colour etc.) on the same order, you will pay full postage and packaging on the first item, but only 50% of the postage and packaging of each additional item. All applicable items in the order must be delivered to the same address.

    This does not apply to items offered on an auto-delivery basis.

    Easy Pay instalments

    On selected items, QVC offers you the chance to spread payment of an item over the course of two, three or four months, interest-free. These offers are often only available for a limited period.

    When an item is available in Easy Pay instalments, you'll be informed of the offer alongside the price information on-screen.

    With Easy Pay you must pay with your debit/credit card, and the first instalment will include postage and packing.
