WOW I had read the reviews and watch the shows and thought can this live up to the hype, I average a hoover a year and i was so fed up with them not picking up dirt after a few months that I wanted to try this out. Thanks to the TSV I did it arrived Tuesday and I have not stopped using it. Yes its ugly as my son's said but who cares I finally have a clean carpet, it's lightweight and powerful. Overall one of my best investments with QVC. March 25, 2011

as good as ever if not better!! I recently ordered this item (about a week ago) as a TSV, I received it yesterday! I bought my last Oreck vacuum about 8 years ago, again as a TSV and it has been absolutely fantastic! Never had a problem with it, only had to replace the belt once and still going strong! I`ve just ordered the service kit for it as the brush could do with replacing. The new one isn`t a replacement for the old one I just snapped up the bargain when I saw it! I would never use anything other than an Oreck. It may look a bit old fashioned but you wont find anything better on the market! Well done Oreck and QVC!! March 24, 2011

Sorry not as good as I thought. I did the bag test with both my vacuum and the Oreck. I am afraid mine did the job well and there was barely anything in the Oreck bag just a sprinkling of bits at the bottom. I love the design of this vacuum and I too have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. It is lightweight and remind me very much of the very old vacuums way back in the 60's. It probably does the job well but for me no. Sorry this is on its way back to QVC. I must say I very rarely send anything back in all the 15 years I have been buying things from QVC their quality is so good. November 13, 2012

Now I love hoovering! This TSV Oreck was an early Christmas pressie and I have to say one of the best presents I have had! I did the Oreck challenge and the results were astounding. I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis and I find some hoovering hard & painful to do. I have a Henry as my hubs works for the manufacturers. Great suction power,but heavy,cumbersome and a job to use..let alone carry round the house. This Oreck is fabulous!! Lightweight and easy to use but the best bit is it has renewed the carpets in the house we rent. I have a black lab who although very clean, moults quite a bit and so I thought I would try the challenge. Oh boy! I had hoovered throughout before it arrived and then used the Oreck. When I cut the bag open, my husband and I were amazed at the dirt and hairs this hoover had managed to pick up. It certainly will not be going back and hoovering is now a pleasure. I had watched the demos several times and can honestly say..it's all true...I highly recommend! October 09, 2012
