very disappointed already a big fan or oreck but this item does not live up to expectations from that brand. had to force the handle together as kept coming apart when trying to use. hardly picked up anything and if it did it just came out somewhere else on floor. Cannot return as had to force handle parts together and now cannot get apart to fit into box. Hope oreck take comments on board and perhaps can make this as rechargeable battery item which might work better. February 17, 2013

not worth the money Went on a waitlist for this item,and was so looking forward to this arriving..I have a dog and cat and thought it would save me time.but what a disapointment..alll it did was move the durt from one place to another.Shall be sending back tomorrow for a full refund.. Not Good! I agree with the other reviewers, this sweeper does not pick up much at all. I have hardwood floors and carpeting throughout the house and have tried the sweeper on both surfaces. It just pushes fluff around on the hardfloors and barely picks up much off the carpets. Also, the handle grip keeps slipping off...very annoying. Oh yes, if you are tall, you would really struggle with the length of the handle. I am 5'6.5" tall and I find it almost too short to use. This product is a real let-down! February 16, 2012

No Good I thought this would be good as we have mostly wooden floors but it will not pick fluff up just pushes it around, we have one carpet and it is no better with that, I am sending it straight back even though I hate having to pay postage. January 31, 2012
