The Fan that has made me a FAN. This is my second dyson product and i have another item on the way. Dyson i feel now is one of the few companies i can put my complete trust in, knowing that they are at the end of the phone should you need them, which i have not.The fan is so clever with the way it senses the temperture in the room every 3 seconds or so to keep the room at the temperture you wanted and the fact that i am not concerned about leaving the room and my elderly mum there knowing she is safe and sound . It can seem alot of money but i feel that in the long term it saves you energy and money because of the sensors build into it. Fanastic product and would not think twice about recomending it to family and friends. KEEP UP the great work DYSON this country needs YOU. thank you. June 12, 2013

Hot and cold smaller than I expected. Loved the design. I am still using my 30 days but so far, I am impressed. Heated my conservatory quickly and it turned off at the requested temperature setting. It is noisier than I had expected. However, I think it will be a keeper. May 18, 2013

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED I have a dressing room which is always cold and have bought various different heaters over the years - oil filled radiators, fan heaters, etc. but now I have this Dyson heater I am absolutely delighted with it. The room heats up quickly - I can swtch it on - go and have a quick shower and come back to a lovely warm room to get dressed - an excellent purchase. May 15, 2013

snapped clips I received the first heater and noticed when unwrapping, that the clips to attach the base had been snapped off. I returned it and requested another. The second one also had the exact same fault - the little plastic clips were again snapped off. I'd like to know by whom, because QVC assured me that they don't sent returns back out. So how could this happen? Do they send them out from the factory ready broken? It must be a poor quality plastic to be so fragile so I didn't ask for a third one. Shame, because it seemed to be a good little heater, I use it once, with the one remaining clip still attached, but returned it and asked for a refund. March 04, 2013
