best purches ever I purchased this cleaner for my 90yr old mother it is great no cordes to fall over ,light to lift on stairs, picks up pet hair. So good i purchased one for my self and am planning on getting one for my daughter. February 11, 2013

Said it was charged but it wasn't! I think I must have had a faulty one! The fully charge light was on when docked but it only worked for a few strokes. I would have loved it had it worked but sadly it had to go back. December 22, 2012

Very nifty, looks great, so quiet I hate hoovering, so much that I don't do it often (hoovers are so heavy, bulky & soooo noisy & hard work) instead I use a clothes brush & hard brush & pick up any bits I cant brush up. Takes a while but quite theraputic ;-) Not any more, I love this glorified carpet sweeper, it is so light weight turns when you turn, picks up my cats hair, I now hoover numerous times a day as it is no longer a chore. No messing around with wires & plugging & unplugging in each room,FAB compact item, great where storage is a prob. Looks good in my kitchen, where it is on constant charge, it doesnt get in the way is a really nice looking hoover. Not got the greates of suction but hoovers up without any problems. It is really quiet, which I know my cats,dog & child appreciate as well as me. December 15, 2012

Brilliant I love this little vacuum! Just what I was looking for, and so much cheaper than other brands available on the market. Easy to use, and lightweight. Easy to empty. very handy as it stands on the charging unit and so is easy to grab for those "little accidents" December 14, 2012
