Not for me Bought this with high hopes as the reviews were so good however really disappointed. There is no doubt that this cleaner is extremely powerful when it comes to sucking up....; sometimes! I found that it often just pushed fluff along the carpet and didn't always gather small bits of dirt of a hard floor but the main difficulty is that is seems to have a mind of its own and run in whatever direction it wants and being so light I found it difficult at times to be in control. It is also very noisy. Sorry but for me not a patch on my old Dyson and being returned. March 15, 2013

Very Disappointed The vacuum picked up reasonably well, although it does push larger items along. It is VERY noisy and not especially light. As the bag is very big and does not need replacing all that often, it becomes quite heavy and on my carpets, which do not have thick piles, it has a tendency to go where it wants to go and not where I'm trying to push it. As I now have arthritis in my hands I need to use both hands to move it along. The little vacuum though is REALLY useful. September 28, 2012

RUBBISH I ordered this product as the demonstration was so good. When it arrived I promplty put it together. Dissapointed is not a strong enough word. The main hoover would not pick up some spilt sugar let along any normal dirt walked in!! the small hoover states it will pick up a 14lb ball. I dont think so. It would not pick up crisps & sweets spilt in the car? So dissapointed. It's gone back now but has put my trust in QVC on the back burner. It clearly does not do what they say it does!! heavy and noisey I bought this as when the item was being shown on qvc, the model had a sleeping baby on her shoulder as this vac was supposed to be very quiet. It is also extremely heavy to push, and not lightweight like advertised, it also sucks up my rugs. I wish I had never bought this vacuum, but when I ordered it, it went missing by Yodel couriers and I had to wait for some more to come in stock, so didnt like be a nuisance and have it collected. It is the worst vacuum I have ever had, and I cannot recomend it at all. August 18, 2012
