Pretty I bought this bracelet as a treat for myself I bought the smaller size and its still a bit big I'm going to take it to jeweller and see if they can make it a bit smaller but I've not had a problem with the clasp as long as your hear the click it should be secure.. I do love this bracelet.. June 19, 2013

Disappointed and very angry! I too am yet another customer who has lost her bracelet. I'd read all the reviews and decided to take a chance with this. The bracelet is lovely, very sparkly and classy. I had been very careful, making sure it was properly fastened and clicking it again to make doubly sure. I would constantly check it whilst wearing it. Just got home from work to find it missing from my wrist - I'm gutted as I know I could not have been more careful. I have a theory that, even though the fastener is very secure, and mine was, you only have to catch the little puller and it will release without you noticing, so I would say to everyone who has one of these - PLEASE get a safety chain fitted to it and QVC - SORT THIS OUT, as so many of your customers can't be wrong. The annoying thing is, I still have an easypay instalment to make! June 13, 2013

Stunning After reading reviews on this bracelet I was very dubious as to should I buy it or not but when it came on easy pay for the first time I decided to check it out for myself. Well when it arrived and I opened the box my first thought was, it is stunning. I put it on and made sure it was fastened but the safety catch didn't click. I took it a long to the jewellers and with a small plier adjustment the fasten now clicks when fastened and it seems very secure as I struggle to get it off. I won't be returning it to qvc. Beautiful I too have just received this bracelet and it is very sparkly. I understand where reviewers are coming from with the clasp but I have had mine on for a few days now without problems - hope not to tempt fate!!! I think if you ensure the clasp is clicked down securely it will be fine June 07, 2013
