Embarrassed & disappointed I bought 2 of these as they seemed such a good deal. I gave 1 to a friend's daughter with another charm added as a graduation present but less than six weeks of occasional wear & the central cord has snapped & the links scattered everywhere. I feel really embarrassed at having given her something so flimsy. I actually liked the slightly duller tone but her one & the 'spare' are definitely going back. September 03, 2012

Very disappointed Received this bracelet today, very unimpressed, so dull, grey and cheap looking. The heart charm is the only nice thing about it. Also far too big, will be going back for a refund. August 07, 2012

Very Disappointed! I have purchased several pieces of this range, and have loved every one of them. However, this is the first piece that I have found to be disappointing. On the screen, the bracelet looks lovely and shiny, however, the main part of the bracelet is extremely dull and dark grey looking, not shiney at all. The heart charm is lovely, but the rest of the bracelet lets it down in my opinion. I asked several of my work colleages and they all said the same as me, lovely charm but horrible bracelet. Unfortunately, this one went back for a refund. July 13, 2012
