No replacement fittings I was really pleased with the hose. Yes it did need careful reeling back when finished with, but I could put up with that. Now however the fitting from the hose to the tap has cracked and I am unable to get a replacement ANYWHERE - even on-line searching has drawn a blank. Customer services don't have an address or phone number.... so does that mean I have to dump the whole thing ???????? April 29, 2013

Awful product I used this for five minutes before I boxed it up again and sent it back! As if having to unwind the entire hose and remove it from the reel before you can use it wasn't annoying enough, the worst part is it kinks really easily which prevents the hose from working properly. Good idea in principle, but it simply isn't practical!! April 03, 2013

I love it I bought 2 of these.(one as pressy)4 YRS AGO AND THEY BOTH ARE STILL BEING USED ON REGULAR BASIS...I dont find it a bother to wind..It did say on demonstration that you have to unwind it completely,,so dont understand why other reviewers are complaining about it..Only wish it was longer,,,but in saying that on jet spray it reaches all i need watered..Its brilliant to store as so compact... Useless Wanted a replacement for the standard hose that stops the water when it kinks and bends, and thought this looked ideal. Found it difficult to put together. You have to undo the hose fully before using it, which is a pain if you only want to use the hose for something quick. Not what I expected. Wish I'd not bothered. August 31, 2012
