Very disappointed I build 1/12th scale dolls houses and thought this item was the very thing I needed to cut or trim wooden bits and pieces, which are very light weight and fine, but the very first thing I cut broke tiny bits off the cutting edge. In a word it is scrap!! Of course this happened just outside the 30 days.. March 03, 2013

Very poor quality I used this item to cut a thin wood trim which it states on the wrapping it can be used for - wrong. After hacking the wood trim I noticed that the blades no longer met together. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone. January 31, 2013

Good but not great Bought this to use in the garden and it does a brilliant job on stems etc BUT on unpacking it I could see that the blades don't meet so don't expect it to cut through anything thin. It wouldn't cut through its packaging or paper/card. It's also quite a heavy item so if you have dexterity problems or trouble holding or using tools this isn't for you. October 21, 2012

good tool but no replacement blades I bought this tool some time OK and have been quite pleased with it in the garden as it cuts thru quite thick branches. I have not used it for cutting anything else but electric wire. My main grouse is that I am using last of the supplied blades, but have been unable to source new ones without shopping from America. I agree that for what I have used it for a good pair of secateurs would have been better, but anyone doing DIY might make beter use of its other features September 29, 2012
