I found some of the meals gloopy and unpalatable. Snacks and breakfasts OK but some of the meals got thrown in the bin as I could not stand the taste.
Make sure you use them before your months trial is up otherwise you could waste a great deal - like me

The food is surprisingly tasty and I have not felt hungry at all. Having a snack item every day was a real treat, didn't feel as if I was on a diet. After one week I have lost 4lb, very pleased.
My only gripe is with the delivery, it took almost three weeks to arrive, but I see from other comments that this is a common occurance with Diet Chef.

I REALLY AM THINNER
I began this programme five weeks ago and I weighed myself at the start and complete the weights and measures every week in the book that came with the pack. I have lost nearly 2 stones in weight. It works. I don't know why anyone should have a problem losing weight with this plan. I have tried everything but this really works providing you don't cheat. I have never felt hungry. I don't like all of the meals but I am getting used to them because I have to eat them, they are full of vitamins, fibre and all the necessary to keep you healthy. I didn't like the look of the food when it arrived as it appeared to be all popcorn and milkshakes but I have been pleasantly surprised. The shakes are filling and the popcorn is a lovely long lasting snack when you want something to chew on. I like all the snacks, they are very tasty and filling. With the meals I add vegetables and use skimmed milk on cereals and have a couple of pieces of fruit a day. I lost a huge amount the first week which I put down to water retention and have had a steady loss sine then of four lbs per week. I don't know why this is as you are advised that a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs can be expected. Perhaps it will level out soon and that will be my weight loss. I have never had such good results with anything and I DON'T exercise!!! (I hate exercise.)

Not a healthy option
I had such high hopes for this diet. Unfortunately I found that the it was full of sugar and salt. The portions are tiny so the calories are low, but the meals are not healthy at all. I found the main meals in the vegetarian option all tasted the same, so I did get bored with it after a week. I liked the breakfasts and the soups are not too bad, but again too much salt in them . All in all not worth the money, will be better of eating fresh , healthy food.and counting calories.
