Disappointed Recevied this bracelet and the heart was scratched hope it was not just sent out on return from someone else. Thought a little over priced on seeing the bracelet in the flesh. April 13, 2013

gorgeous this bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. i love bibi and yes its a bit pricey but you get swarovski crystals and well made goods. havent seen anytting like this range anywhere else and this bracelet is so different lays flat and stacks very well.i will definately be buying plenty more from this range. really nice bracelet this is a first purchase from this jewellery range and yes very nice, i wear for work, feels very comfortable and sits nicely on my wrist and looks really nice especially the sparkle and has some substance too. Thank you. December 02, 2012

nice but..... This is potentially a lovely bracelet but like one of the reviewers, I have the feeling that this is one that has been worn and returned. There are little digs in a couple of hearts and the big one doesn't look new to me. I may be a bit fussy but at this price, I wish QVC checked their returned items a little bit more, as I feel it is not fair on the rest of us, trusting customers. I feel sad and disappointed as I really like this bracelet but feel that in time these little digs will get bigger and spoil the look of the bracelet. October 12, 2012
