Back to Gale Hayman I have always tried to keep Gale Hayman Lip Lift in my collection during the winter months as it is the best lip product I have used. This year I suffered without it, so have ordered it on the wait list. I do hope it arrives within the next 90 days!! March 16, 2013

I am a fan of Liplift, but ... in the summer of this year I ordered the Supersize Duo, one of my regular orders from this range, only to receive the strangest damaged 'bullets' I had ever seen. It was as if the product had been poured into the container down one side of the bullet, resulting in a sliver of product. Customer Services were marvellous, as usual, and sent me a free return label. I duly returned it and was sent a replacement. This process was repeated FOUR TIMES - each time I was sent two damaged products again. I began to despair, and asked Customer Services if someone could actually check that the product was 'fit for purpose' before they despatched it to me, and the lovely young lady in Customer Services explained that would not be possible, given the nature of dispatching so many products, and I accepted her explanation. In the end I started to lose track of my refunds/replacements - and believe I have paid for something that I never actually received - but I just gave in, despairing of ever receiving this lovely product in a usable condition. I don't live near a Post Office, and have to drive to the nearest P.O., pay to park etc. etc. and I just gave up! Now I have seen a new duo on line, 'Home & Away' liplift, which I may order and see if this new format of 'duo' is in a good condition. Maybe I was just unlucky - but four times unlucky!? Someone at Gayle Hayman is not good at quality control checking. But I love the product! December 11, 2012

Nice, but don't last long These are lovely to use but, as well as being smaller than I expected given the 'supersize' description, because they are so soft and creamy, they got used up much quicker than any other lip product I've tried. December 08, 2012

Still the best I have used this product for years during the cold months and since using have not suffered chapped lips despite using only once or twice a day. During the summer I started to use another premium brand lip volumiser (which I liked) but now that the cold weather is here I have noticed sore chapped lips. It is back to the Gayle Hayman for me. November 30, 2012
