Put to the test! I completely ruptured my achilles at the end of last year and during recovery, a few months after surgery, my physio said my calf was still holding a lot of tension, so I figured I had nothing to lose in trying this and its fair to say it was a bit of an extreme test for a product! After two weeks of religious daily use and massage along the calf and my physio asked me what I had been doing as she could feel such a difference in the muscle. I had been stretching/massaging/exercising before so can honestly say the oil has helped move things along for me. As they always say - results will vary, but this was the best money I have spent in a long time :) May 01, 2013

Fantastic Already a huge fan of Elemis but after starting a more intensive exercise regime this has been an absolute godsend! The oil is so light and perfect for massaging on sore bits! Warming and invigorating. I know that someone has mentioned the top which is a bit fiddly but it does make the product come out on a slow drip and it does emphasize just how little you need! The gel is amazing. Can't believe the cooling effect it has on the shoulders temples and the back of the neck. Can't wait until the summer! The price is excellent as always so definitely will be a repeat purchase. March 24, 2013

Absolutely love the Muscle Ease oil Wow, I have been using the muscle ease oil on a daily basis after my shower and I absolutely love it - the smell is divine and my sore calves seem to like it too! I have been using the gel after a day on my feet and that is good too. But the muscle ease oil is my favourite. March 18, 2013

huge relief These two products are worth 5 stars my throbbing legs were eased and the smell is divine. However, the top is very awkward to take off especially after using foot cream - this is the only reason for the 4 stars. Hugely recommended! February 10, 2013
