Customer service solved my problem quickly. There seems to be a problem with these lipsticks. I took off the lid to find the bullet was firmly stuck in the cap and replacing it did not stick it back into the correct position. Reading other reviews the loose lipsticks seem to be a major problem and this will be a decider as to which lipsticks I would purchase in the future. I am into using lipsticks as a preference to lip gloss and I do enjoy using Laura Geller lipsticks. From a call to Customer services I have now returned the packet - return postage paid. Good product .. but I love the feel of this product on my lips, its moisurising and does not feather hence the 3 stars. How ever i personally think this product is over priced plus the lid on one of the lipsticks was off when i opened the package and is so loose it does not stay on, literally falls straight off and for a supposidly top end market product i dont think this is good enough. As for the colour, well i was expecting something out of the ordinary, something that would WOW! me and that i could not get easily over the counter unfortunately for me i didnt get that. The colour hardly showed up at all on me, it might be because my natural lip colour is very dark but the gold colour did look nice in the sun. Unfortunately i shall be retuning this product which for some i can understand if fab and for others not so April 11, 2012

Dont know what all fuss about either I like the other lady that has written a review do not know what all the fuss is about with this item. Very poor, virtually no colour. Expensive to wear just over another lipstick. Sorry going back. April 03, 2012

Dissapointing Sorry had to send them back. I did not like the texture, very firm and the colour was insipid. Overall I found the product to be of very cheap quality. I shall stick to Jemma Kidd in future. April 01, 2012
