Disappointed I had high hopes for this lulu guinness bag given the feedback. I buy designer bags and am used to high quality and I am sad to say I didn't get it in this item so it was returned. The hardware felt rather cheap and the bag did not look or feel like a designer bag and lacked the wow factor. October 01, 2012

Beautiful,Chic and Elegance & Purple too ! I have treated myself to previous Lulu handbags justifying the price, quality,practicality for work. When I ordered the purple bag it was for special occasions as I had the impression it looked too classy and chic for day. When the handbag arrived I knew it was an ALL occasions bag. Stunning, Sharp, Elegant it is one of the BEST purchases I have made from Lulu. I have had so many compliments at my new purple eye candy. It it so well made it will outlast me and I love my bags. The chain is heavy because it is a quality designed piece which is so smooth to the touch its practically ergonomic ! I love the patent leather lips and its EXCELLANT quality. Astonishing price, I have since ordered the black cherry as well- thanks to easy pay. I am not interested in packaging as long as its not hanging out of the box! I was pleased with everything and Lulu has made me smile when I finish dressing and pick up this handbag. Well done Lulu, Fantastic of you to gift us this BEAUTIFUL bag. Thanks QVC for easy pay. HEAVY HANDBAG Lovely handbag Lulu but even empty this bag with a very heavy chain is just far too heavy! I purchased the purple handbag but also found the sides of the handbag protuded far too much on either side of the handbag which is not a good look. I have another designer bag of a similar niche which does not gape either side of the handbag. Despite this the handbag is well made just a shame about the above so I have deducted 2 stars. Let down by the lining I would have given this bag more stars but for the lining looking cheap and no 'lips' on the flap. Also I am just over 6ft 8ins and find the chain a little short as using the bag cross-body, over thicker clothes, it rests around my waist. Yes, the chain is heavy and could ruin any velvet jackets - BUT I still like it. I have another LG little bag (red patentwith bow) which also has a chain which could be longer BUT I love it too.
