Poor quality I have had this bag for a while now at first I was really pleased looked fab and had a niice feel to the leather. However a few months in and the rivets keep coming apart the bag is often on the floor of some shop I have tried to repair without success so it is now clipped together somehow .The leather is now looking very faded and yesterday a piece of white plastic was poking out from the piping so I had to cut it off .What more can I say come on Lulu your QVC customers expect and deserve more......... very disappointed I took delivery of this item and was so excited I couldn't wait to open the box. I can't begin to explain how let down I was when I actually saw it. The colour is fab ( I bought the raspberry) but the lining is an awful red and black colour which does not compliment the bag in any way. On close inspection I noticed a few white marks on either side of bag and underneath where the feet are there was a scuff mark where the leather was scratched and damaged. This bag is also a lot bigger than I expected it to be. This is the second item from the Lulu Guiness range that I have purchased from QVC and have had to return because of faults and damage needless to say I won't be buying any more. I didn't read the reviews on it before I purchased the bag and on reflection its seems like there is a problem with with quality control as lots of other customers have left negative reviews. Surely QVC should address this as this bag is not exactly cheap to buy. April 12, 2013

Very disappointed I bought this bag in black as a TSV for my 50th Birthday (splashing out) and have been so disappointed. the strap is attached to two corners of the bag and has pulled the bag into a strang shape. The colour has also come off the piping and the bag now looks 10 years old and has been replaced with an old cheaper bag which has lasted years longer. April 07, 2013
