Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Shirt but expensive As the title says this is a beautiful shirt, but it is expensive. I ordered a size 12 in the ivory and when it arrived my first impression was to query the colour, it looked a bit yellowy but when I tried it on it looked totally different and really nice. The collar and the cuffs are lovely and set it off. But the size 12 on me was too big. I would normally be a size 12 in YK items, but I thought that there would be no stretch in this and going by the sizes a 12 would be ok, but because of the style it wasn't (not that there is much stretch in it). There is an elasticated bit at the back, but to me this cheapens the shirt a bit, pity. In my opinion It would have been better without the elastic and just kept straight across. But I really liked it, so I decided to order a size 10 and this was a much better fit around the bust and shoulders, but I felt it didn't quite sit right at the elastic at the back. So it was with much regret I returned both sizes. I felt that it was just much too expensive not be be 110% happy with it and to be honest I think it is overpriced for what it is as the material is not really out of the ordinary, but the design is lovely. Rated 1 out of 5 by No stretch to lace whatsoever Ordered both colours after being convinced by the presentation. Very disappointed to find that the lace has no stretch in it at all. Very strange styling and the lace was typical of 100% nylon fabric, not soft and buttery like those with a viscose/elastine proportion alongside the nylon. Was very shocked to see the increase in price of the item just prior to the next set of YK shows. Would not recommend this garment. April 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful and Elegant I have just received this top in black and am immediately reordering another in ivory. It is one of the most flattering, pretty and feminine tops I have ever owned. Yes, It's expensive, but well worth it. April 02, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply STUNNING...I need it in the Black Colour!! I was VERY lucky in managing to buy this truly beautiful Lace Shirt in the Cream colour. I needed a Size 12, but it sold out in seconds when it aired live in a Yong Kim show, so in desperation I went for the Size 14. I am a Size 12-14 and this shirt IS a little too big for me - but I love it so much that I kept it. The shirt is a great length, the bottom edge arriving at the lower hips. The material is a wonderfully patterned lace, so elegant and classy - and so soft, yet substantial, so the cost of the item is justified for this great quality of material. The lovely little collar finishes the design off nicely, giving it a more "casual" look of a shirt, rather than a tunic. As other reviewers, I absolutely LOVE this shirt so much, and I guess I would buy it in any colour that Yong Kim supplied it in!! This shirt looks wonderful worn with jeans, or with formal trousers. I feel this is one of Yong Kim's GREATEST designs she has ever produced. I have been constantly looking to get this shirt in Black (checking every few days), since it first aired, but since selling out, it has not been back in stock, even on Waitlist in a Size 12 - for almost a year now!! In my opinion, I am pretty sure other QVC buyers would love to buy this in the "smaller" sizes, in both colour options. I desperately need the Black one in Size 12. I would even consider buying another one in the Cream colour as well if I could get the Size 12. YONG KIM....please PLEASE restock these in the smaller sizes particularly, at QVC, for all of your customers who would love to have this lovely shirt - in the Black AND Cream. Other colours in it for this coming summer would be amazing! How about a pale lemon, pale turquoise, beige, lavender, and pale blue versions? I'm pretty sure these would be a great success!! I, for sure, would buy them! Thank you QVC - at least I managed to get the cream one from you. I was delighted when it arrived. January 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by SIMPLY STUNNING STUNNING STUNNING STUNNING! Such a BEAUTIFUL shirt. I love it so much I have bought it in both colours. It looks so expensive. It looks elegant, classy and dressy or toss it over jeans and it looks so very cool. The lace is soft and the cut and styling is so figure flattering. Totally recommend this shirt. March 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Has the Wow factor Simply beautiful. I bought this item in black and wear it with a black vest underneath and a large statement necklace over the top . I had several people ask me where i bought it . i would have given the full complement of stars but im a size 10 and isn't as fitted at the waist as i would like but its not going back! I would say this would be very flattering on all shapes and sizes. February 02, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by beautiful dressy shirt ...this is lovely but once again I am having to send something back because of the size. I am beginning to grasp that generally Yong Kim "comes up big" and am biting the postage bullet in order to get a smaller size...the only question is...should I go down one size or two? Nice to have a bit of swing but being a size 16 (I bought the 16) I don't want to look as if I am hiding under a tent and this 16 is so huge on me that the 14 may be too large as well. Not sure when I will wear it though???Mmmm...it is quite dressy. January 08, 2014
