Reviews & Customer Q&A

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 39 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by No good I bought this product after much umming and erring. I read all the reviews and thought I couldn't go wrong. However, I was completely disappointed and quite surprised when I had no improvement whatsoever in the look of my jowls and double chin. I'm 64 so the aging process has made my facial muscles slack as many of us experience. I hoped this product would improve things after the very convincing demonstration on QVC, but alas sadly it didn't, nothing had changed after 3 weeks of trying with daily use. So I returned it for a refund, the money best kept in my purse I think. July 26, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nifty little gadget I am surprised that such a simple idea is so effective. It's easy to use and is really good for the chin and neck. Whilst I had a wee bit of tenderness after the first time I used it, there's now absolutely no discomfort and I use it every day. I think there's a difference in my double chin, ie, maybe one and a half now, but it makes my skin feel enlivened. Think it's terrific! July 19, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! I would never have thought that something so simple could do so much. It not only tones your jaw line but gets rid of any double chin and tightens the area around the neck and chin. It is painful to use but as they say no pain no gain. Definetley worth buying. Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than a facelift What can I say about this massager other than its fantastic. Its easy to use and within a very short time I could see and feel the difference in my face. It feels like I've had a professional facial each and every day. I'd recommend this to anyone keen to keep a youthful appearance - its a miracle worker! May 29, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by No pain, no gain When I unwrapped this I was sceptical that it was ' just an expensive piece of plastic'. However, after using just three times, my double chin and creases on my lower face had completely vanished. Yes, it was slightly uncomfortable on the first use but using with sbc collagen gel and holding the product on the wishbone rather than the handle makes it pain free. I would highly recommend this for all ages. March 31, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rejuvenating I bought this with apprehension as I don't believe in a hype. I've been using it for couple of weeks now and feel that it loosens very tight muscles on my neck and around my jaw which has greatly reduced my 'double chin'! This, of course , can't be achieved without some discomfort as when your muscles are shortened by a repetitive movement to get them back to their original form you have to stretch them somewhat. So if you are prepared to suffer for your vanity it is highly recommended. After all, I'm sure it is a lot less painfull and cheaper than any facelift! March 02, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by no pain no gain For those who found this product painful. Use this with a substantial amount of moisture cream or I prefer SBC gels. I have also used it after applying Liz Earl cleanse and polish. I have no sagging skin or lines (yet) but this leaves me feeling like I have had a great facial massage and I feel the blood really starts to follow again in the facial muscles. Try it again with gels. A little discomfort but you get used to it. No pain no gain...... February 12, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Dreadful and painful I got this last year, as I love facial massages. However I sent it back after a couple of tries, as it was unbelievably painful to use. I had to force it over my face/jawline, and found it so uncomfortable that I couldn't bear to use it. I felt that it dragged and pulled my skin, which defeats the object of using it. Sorry, Sarah Chapman and QVC, but it went back!!! February 03, 2011
