Reviews & Customer Q&A

Rated 3 out of 5 by Fiddly clasp I agree with previous review, although its a stunning necklace, very elegant I am afraid I am returning as it is a nightmare to open the clasp...It is very difficult to open and I would be afraid that once on couldn't get off without assistance. Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful-but going back The necklace is stunning but the clasp so complicated and fiddly that anyone with longer nails or dexterity problems will not manage. I had to take a small knife to the locking bar to open it and that might not be a good idea when trying to take it off. Princess Grace would have had a personal maid- we lesser mortals have to manage on our own. January 14, 2017
