I thought this bag was lovely, far more substansial than usual kipling bags, however, this was before I took the huge amount of packaging out of the bag then the shape collapsed. What a shame! Too expensive for what it is!

This backpack is lovely, it is very well made and exactly the size that I like. However, I was absolutely astonished with the packaging. It was just put in a see through bag with the receipt glued on that bag and as such left in my porch.The item was very clearly visible.QVC blue packaging is quite recognisable and sturdy enough but to pack like this is beyond belief. I understand that this is a very busy period before Christmas but I have been shopping with QVC forever and never experienced anything like this. This backpack is very expensive and I payed a lot of money for posting and packaging as well, so it should have been properly packed and secured.Quite unacceptable.
