Reviews & Customer Q&A

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Soft as bunny ears I like the new ribbed fabric. I didn't think I would but it is so soft, I find myself stroking it. It is a bit thinner than the usual viscose but I don't find it flimsy, I like the length though can see why some have said it is neither a dress (a bit short) or a tunic. I am 5'5" and it is a fraction abive knee level. I am a size 18 and woukd usyally get xl but with Join I find the large is a better fit. Wore mine with leggings, haven't tried with wooly tights yet. Got the green. October 04, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Neither a tunic nor a dress... As is so often the case with Join, this item is just too long to be a tunic at the back, and too short to be a dress at the front. I'm 5'6", perhaps on a different height, it may be one or the other. So for the very short or the very tall, it may work better, but not for average height, IMO. Shame, because the soft vee neckline is nice and although the material is cheap and cheerful, the ribbing is flattering. There seems to be only one 'look' with Join, which is overlong, due to the dipped back hem. I wish they would vary this sometimes and offer a few more shorter garments of one length, which could be worn as a tunic over jeans, because the wide range of colours is really impressive - if you can find a wearable style. . Rated 1 out of 5 by Overpriced nightdress! I have a couple of Join tunics and the fabric is lovely, but the fabric of this 'dress' is incredibly thin, and it looks and feels like a nightie, I couldn't imagine going out in it because it is so flimsy. I bought XL based on the chest measurements but there seems to be an awful lot of fabric. I should have ordered a size down. The length is possibly a little short for a dress if you don't like showing your legs - I'm 5'8" and it's a few inches above my knees - but as a tunic it's a bit too long. The whole look is very unflattering, and the price isn't justified for this quality of fabric. September 22, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dress?? I was hoping to wear this as a dress though it is slightly too short .. Tried it with tights but felt it was clingy !!! I don't know if it's just me but I prefer the original join fabric ... I purchase a lot of join and I feel this fabric seems to stretch and seems flimsy .. I bought two of theses but I feel disappointed in the fabric I will see how they grow on me .. But the fabric again isn't as good as the other dresses ... I feel the same with the TSV recent waistcoats .. See my other review .... Since wearing this I've notice that it stretches and have got a little longer !!! I think I can recall hearing not to hang them up so I think this fabric may have a habit of growing! September 20, 2016
