I have just received these beauty blenders and I find them great. I spray the end of the beauty blender prior to applying foundation just to moisten it as I find it takes less foundation that way. I do this with any brush or beauty blender applicator. They are smaller and more ridged than other beauty blenders but I feel this helps with pushing the foundation onto the skin. I used mine with the Gel foundation and it compliments my mature skin.

Look and feel quite 'polystyrene' - applies make-up a bit like you would expect a bit of polystyrene too!! They soak up way too much of the product and then take as much off as they put on! Dreadful sponges...

These sponges allow for easy application and blending of foundation and concealer as they are very flexible but allow for support and to build up coverage on the skin.
These are a must have to have in my makeup kit and they wash like new.
