2nd purchase. Excellent!!
This is my 2nd purchase! My old one is still working perfectly after 2yrs but bought another one as it has been improved with the whitening feature on it and boy does it work!! I have never found a sonic toothbrush that works as well as this one! I didn't really need another one but just could not resist having a standby one especially as it was on easy pay , thank you QVC! The new version is so good my trusted old one has now been relegated to the standby one now lol !! Buy this you will not regret it ! My only gripe is that the replacement toothbrush heads are so expensive it's cheaper to buy the whole unit! Maybe IBP could address this?

likee others I found it tickled when first using it but it soon wore off the cleaning is thorough especially my lower jaw teeth as they are tightly packed my dentist commented on how clean they were but told me of his own experience with the sonic toothbrush it made him sneeze every time so he stopped using it for his teeth instead he uses it to clean his car wheels!!!

Please rethink head size
I bought 2 of these: one for my son and the other for us. We have been using an Electric Toothbrush, but had always aspired to getting a Sonic. They do, after all, clean the best. At first I found the sensation too much and it took about 10 days to get accustomed to it. It was almost too tickly and 'fierce'.
My son saw his dentist and she commented on just how clean his teeth were. The whitening function did leave his teeth polished and whiter. I however have found problems with the thoroughness of the head size. The head on these brushes are normal rectangular shape, but these do not get into all the nooks and crannies as a small round head would do. Also, if your teeth 'lean' then this brush is unable to get to all the surfaces. I gave it my all, and tried for the 30 days, but the response from my dentist said it all. I even tried contacting IBP to see if they had round heads, but to no avail. We have kept the one for my son, but ours has regrettably gone back. This is my second attempt at getting this passed. It seems odd as I was not rude or derogatory, but just asking them to rethink the head size. Or even to have the option of buying smaller heads because if that were possible, I would have kept the brush.
