I have used the Gold Redemption service twice now. Sadly, we had an unexpected vet bill and had no way of paying it. I reluctantly got together some very sentimental pieces of gold and asked good old Mum if she had anything she didn't really want anymore. I had to read the first email confirming the offer twice! I was very surprised but also very pleased. I have to say that the whole service is exceptional. Fast and so very easy to use, you would be silly to go anywhere else if giving up your gold.
