Reviews & Customer Q&A

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I could not be without this balm. It has so many uses, teenage spots, bites, stings, rashes, dry bits, even our dogs sore paw cleared up after using the balm. I have bought the duo so that I don't run out! August 09, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by My boyfriend has claimed as his own! I first bought the shower gel in this range and became slightly addicted to it so I thought I'd try this whilst it was on easy pay... I use on my lips to hydrate them and on my cuticles. Well I did... My boyfriend has claimed this little pot and uses on his elbows knuckles and cuticles as he gets dry patches on these areas from work. I wished I had purchased the duo for the slight extra price. Rated 3 out of 5 by I am a fan of the brand I am pro ABC and use their skin wash and their wipes. The 30 ml pot looks a reasonable size on the outside, but is double walled. The balm is a buttery colour, easy to apply. I have been using it on my lips and below my nose, which had become sore from constant blowing and wiping. The balm calmed the skin, and after each application I wiped any surplus on my elbow. The balm has a mild smell of Tea Tree, and is pleasant to use. I have noticed that my lips are wonderfully soft when I wake each morning and appear less crepe like. January 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My miracle pot i would not be without this balm, I suffered with very dry, cracked and sore cuticles. I tried various hand creams but this balm is the only thing that has worked. I wouldn't like to be without it. October 07, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant product Love this, a guy over 50 and use it on my cuticles. Love gardening and since using this balm, no more redness around the cuticles. Lasts for ages, only need a tiny amount. Would not be without it now. Great addition to the skin wash. August 03, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Little pot of gold! Great product! Used on a cold sore, healed within days of using. I initially used a competed patch then thought I'd try this on it, it was so much better than the patch and like I said it healed within a couple of days and disappeared! August 02, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Little Pot Watching the Australian Bodycare show a few weeks ago, with everything on easy pay, I decided to try this little pot. It is lovely, and the answer to so many problems. I put a little around my large toe nails, as I often find it is sore in that area, and it has been great. I also had a sore ear, just inside, and it cured that in a day or two. I have taken to massaging a little around my fingernails too when I go to bed, as the cuticles had become a bit dry. Also did the trick. One or two mentioned that it is only a small pot. But you need so little with it being a balm, and I think it will last for ages, so I think it is good value. July 08, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed.. I have been using the body wash for a few years which is fragrance-free, although it does have the lovely tea-tree smell, but there is no added parfum/fragrance. Unfortunately, this balm does contain parfum, as clearly shown in the ingredients list and its a shame that we can't see this ingredients list on the back of the pot when the show is on air. If I had seen the word 'parfum' I wouldn't have ordered as my skin just doesn't tolerate that ingredient. It seems a bit hit-and-miss with this brand as it appears that some of its products have added parfum and other products do not. Why would anyone add parfum to a balm which already has the tea-tree ingredient which smells so clean and fresh. Please can we have this balm and a few more products of this brand without parfum, ie., fragrance-free? Hint to Australian Bodycare! I feel a bit of an idiot for trusting this particular brand, but I will continue to use the excellent bodywash. June 14, 2015
